IT supporter onsite French (m/f)
Currently we have an open position onsite in the Valais area for someone to permanently join our team as an IT supporter onsite (m/f)
Tasks:
This is the ideal role for an experienced IT support professional looking to develop his career within a dynamic and successful company. Working as an IT supporter, your role will involve supporting the onsite infrastructure including incident management, as well as IMACD handling (installation, move, add, change and disposal) for software and hardware. In addition, your role will include assisting in the introduction of new versions, carrying out routine tasks (backups, etc) and making sure all IT issues are working. You are also responsible for the toner replacement and handling of guaranties as well as customer care in general and certain customer trainings (first login, etc).
Requirements:
The ideal IT Supporter will be able to demonstrate good overall IT skills and skills related to IT helpdesks and customer care services. In addition, your CV shows
- experience in an IT onsite support role
- a basic IT qualification, such as A Level Computing or equivalent
- (any additional degree or professional qualification, such as MCDST, MCSA, MCSE, MS Technology specialist would be beneficial to your application)
- experience with the handling of Blackberry devices, handhelds and printer management
- good knowledge of Microsoft Vista and Microsoft Office 2007
- good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- language skills: French: mother tongue or business fluent; English: good conversational skills; German: beneficial
