CORA is an intelligent hardware dispensing system in the form of an automat. No long waiting times for notebooks, desktops, screens, smart phones and accessories of all kinds: CORA makes these available to the affected user quickly and easily via badge, PIN or barcode.

By Wake-On-LAN (WOL) and connection to your software distribution (for example SCCM) notebooks and PCs in the CORA can be continuously updated and, in case of support (software packages, profiles and settings), can be specifically personalised to the user. CORA thus acts as an extended arm of the Service Desk and significantly relieves the Field Support team.

The user-friendly touch panel allows both end users and field support to easily remove or store hardware in just a few steps. The following videos show three selected use cases - whereby, individually tailored to your application, countless cases are possible.

Self-service pick-up

After authentication via badge reader or barcode scanner, end users can easily pick up IT equipment such as headphones, mice etc. in self-service.

Withdrawal with PIN code

The end user can get his replacement device or other hardware from CORA using a PIN code that he receives, for example, by email from the Service Desk.

Storage by the supporter

The Field Support can determine the weight of the hardware and store it in just a few steps.

MANUFACTURED IN SWITZERLAND

CORA is designed and produced in Switzerland. The focus was placed on quality and functionality with a stylish look. It is made of high-quality materials and is nevertheless not heavier than 250 kg. CORA has been dimensioned to fit on a Euro pallet, to fit in any conventional passenger lift and to remain mobile at all times thanks to its integrated running gear.

Since June 2019, CORA has also been successfully patented (CH 713 548 B1). Digital Innovation - Made in Switzerland.

At the CORA any IT equipment such as mice, keyboards, cables and headsets can be obtained directly and fully automatically via interactive dialogue.

After authentication by badge, PIN or barcode, CORA offers the user all devices for which he has been authorised based on the user profile (function, authoriSation, budget, etc.). Selection and removal is very easy and takes only a few seconds.

THE SOFTWARE - THE VERY HEART OF CORA

The CORA software platform offers a wide range of functions. This enables your IT staff to centrally control all CORAs used and easily manage the devices in them. In addition, process workflows can be automated end-to-end, thus creating new service experiences.

Thanks to API interfaces, CORA can be quickly integrated into your existing system landscape (e.g. ServiceNow). This makes it clear: CORA is primarily a software product in a steel dress.

CORA configurations with 22, 24 or 36 compartments are available. This allows you to optimally align your CORA with your use cases.

No matter which version you choose, in each CORA you have 8 compartments with a high-precision industrial scale (invisibly integrated in the compartment base) at your disposal. This allows you to fill a single compartment with several articles and you have control over the removal by the user at all times.
